Billie Bingham Obituary

Bill attended school at Calf Creek then Brady High School where he played football. After graduating, he joined the United States Navy from 1948 to 1949.
He returned to McCulloch County where he cowboyed for numerous ranches. Bill began working for Gartmans Butane in Brady. In 1952 he married the love of his life and soulmate Marion Frances "FeFe" Fowler Bingham. Together they purchased land and moved to Pear Valley where they farmed and ranched until 2008 when they moved back to Brady.
Bill enjoyed raising black limousine cattle and farming. He was a steward of the land and enjoyed his time in the country.
In addition to his parents James and Odell Bingham, he is proceeded in death by his loving wife Frances "FeFe" Bingham, brother Jesse James Bingham, nephews Randy Joe Shafer and Barry Bingham
Bill is survived by his sister Wanda (Joe) Shafer, nephews Gary (Susan) Shafer, Nelson (Peggy) Solsbery, Dale (Sammye) Webb, nieces Sheryll (Johnny) Kisiah, Peggy Shafer, Phyllis (Alvin) Bolton, Patty Smith, Debbie Solsbery, Linda Marsh and Nadine Osborne. Numerous great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 10:00 - 11:00 AM, Monday, October 28, 2024, at Heritage Funeral Home of Brady.
Funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM, Monday, October 28, 2024, at Heritage Funeral Home of Brady. Burial will follow at Rest Haven Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Hospice of San Angelo, 1933 University Ave., San Angelo, TX 76904.
We would like to thank Menard Manor for their loving care and compassion during Bill's stay and Kathy Johnstone for going above and beyond in helping Bill after FeFe's passing.
Pallbearers are Justin Shafer, Britton Shafer, Jason Svetlik, Darren Frankum, Johnny Kisiah, J.T. Kisiah, Jimmy Boyd and Roy January.
Honorary pallbearers are Joe Shafer, Kathy Johnston, Laura Helberg and all deer camp hunters.
Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Heritage Funeral Home of Brady.
