Born on May 8, 1961 in New Castle to the late William "Billy" and Gladys Jean Tildon Davis
.Billie Jean was known for her caring heart and open home.
She enjoyed being a part of many social clubs, enjoyed playing cards, the casino, and Bingo.
Most of all she loved her children, grandchildren, and friends who were like family.
Billie Jean is survived by her brothers Lawrence Davis and his son, Thomas Smith of Atlanta, GA; Larry Fitzhugh of New Castle; sisters Karen Johnson of Alaska and Anita Boyd of California; son, Qualin Davis of New Castle; daughters, Starlette Davis of New Castle; and Ebony Davis of Sacramento, CA; grandchildren, Treona Graham, Jayvonne Wright of Dallas, TX, Demitrius McKnight of New Castle, Jayden Taylor (Mikayla) of New Castle, Rhyan Eckert of Huntsville, AL, and Jason Davis of New Castle, Jay'Saun Davis of Sacramento, CA, Keyarah Davis, Qualin Davis and Loyal Davis all of New Castle, great-grandson, Jakobi Fitzpatrick of Dallas, TX; and many beloved nieces, nephews, and special friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son Jason Sims and daughter, Brittany Davis.
Visitation will be held at Prevailing Word World Outreach Center, 114 Oakland Ave. New Castle, PA 16101 on Saturday, May 3, 2025 from 10 a.m.-11 a.m., immediately followed by a Celebration of Life at 11 a.m. officiated by the Rev. Andrew Coleman III and Apostle David Young. Interment will be at Parkside Cemetery.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Ed & Don DeCarbo Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. 941 S. Mill St.

My heart goes out to her family and friends. She was a good person. She could sing amazingly, she made me cry when she sung Amazing Grace even my grandma's favorite singer n song, Patsy Cline. .. R.I.P. beautiful angel.
