She is survived by her children Sharon (Sherry) Yeager, Roy New, Thomas (Tom) New, and James New; grandchildren Brandy L. Jones, Anna L. Stout, Kristen McFarland, Shelby Stout, Keri L. Mann, Jon E. New, Taylor A. Fijo, Griffin Stout, Timothy W. New, Jennifer Griffin New, Bentley Stout, Noah Stout, Shane Barstow, Jermi New, Cooper Stout, Shane New, Valerie Stratton, Stefani Stratton, Olivia McFarland, Gavynn New, Lorelei Stratton, Jax McFarland, Liam New, Julian Stratton, Tori Griffin, Luke Mann, Lindsey Griffin.
Visitation will be Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at 10:00am with a funeral service following at 11:00am in the chapel at A Natural State Funeral Service with burial to follow at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock.

Billie was the best Mother in law and a great mother. I had many memories with her and she always called me Pamela Jane even though that was not my middle name. I have many great memories with her and loved her dearly. She was a woman of faith. Love you Billie.
