John E. McIntosh, 84, of Sherwood, Arkansas passed away on October 8, 2025. He was born on September 7, 1941 in Baltimore, Maryland to the late John Howard McIntosh and Violet May (Tucker) McIntosh.

He served in the Air Force in 1959. He attended Sylvan Hills High School. He was a firefighter for Sylvan Hills Fire Department, and he was also a paramedic for MEMS. He was the best mechanic in town. He loved fishing, hunting, and riding with Rolling Thunder CMA's and Abate. His motorcycle was his life.

John is preceded in death by his father and mother, wife Ledonna Lynn McIntosh, brother Johnny McIntosh, daughter Pamela Riley, son-in-law Daniel Riley, and his son Paul McIntosh.

John is survived by daughter Joy (McIntosh) Wright and her husband Stephen L. Wright, daughter Wendy Craft and her husband Michael Craft, stepsons Paul Williams and Tony Williams, five grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, brothers Tommy McIntosh, Robert McIntosh, Donald McIntosh, Bobby McIntosh, sister Barbera Elliott, along with many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17, 2025 from 6:00-8:00pm in the chapel at A Natural State Funeral Service in Jacksonville. Funeral Service will follow on Saturday, October 18, 2025 at 11:00am in the chapel.
