Mrs. Billie Standridge Wall, 86, of Ellaville, GA, passed away on Tuesday, October 1, 2024, at Taylor County Health and Rehab. A memorial service will be held at 2:00PM on Saturday, October 19, 2024, in the Chapel of Way-Watson Funeral Home in Ellaville, GA, with Bro. Troy Fripp officiating. The family will greet friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service beginning at 1:00PM.
Mrs. Wall was born in Butler, GA, on December 2, 1937, to George and Zelma Rogers Standridge. She was a member of Ellaville Baptist Church. Mrs. Wall was a licensed cosmetologist and loved doing hair. She was a very friendly person and enjoyed gardening as well as cooking using her many cookbooks. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Mrs. Wall is survived by her husband of 34 years, Hugh Wall; by her daughter Theresa Wilson, her husband Lamar Wilson, and their children, son, Steve Baker, his wife Lori, and their children, Zack Baker, Jordan Carter, Shelby Grimsley, her husband Tyler and their children, Presleigh and River Grimsley, son, David Baker, his wife Brooks, and their children Ethan and Chase Baker, daughter, Yolanda Silvey, her husband Mark, and their children, Bryson and Dylan Silvey; by a son, John David Crothers and the mother of his children, Andrea Marsden, and their children Dana Brownsey and her husband Shawn, and their six children, Gabe, Jake, Bella, Sophia, Aria, and Ryleigh Brownsey, and by a son, Tyler Crothers, his wife Mallory, and their daughter Chloe; by Hugh’s daughter, Sheila DeVane and her children, Justin Rockenhaus, his wife Megan, and their three sons, Nickolas, Rhett, and Ryley, Edgar DeVane, and Perri DeVane; Hugh’s son, Daron Wall, his wife Stacey, and their children, Mitch Wall and Graison Brogden and her husband, Gabe.
