Billy Ray Arnold of Moore Haven, Florida, passed away on October 22, 2025. He was born on January 28, 1974, in Fort Benning, Georgia, to Kay Frances Hough and Lloyd Ivan Arnold. Billy worked in construction for many years and was a certified welder known for his skill and ability to fix nearly anything. He was a hard worker who took pride in his craftsmanship and was always willing to lend a hand to others. In his free time, Billy enjoyed spending time with his friends and his best buddy Bruiser.
He was predeceased by his mother, Kay Frances Cross.
Billy is survived by his daughter, Karalyn Bartles (Travis), of Tampa; his granddaughters, Evalyn and Aurora; grandson, Grady, of Tampa; father, Ivan Arnold, of Moore Haven; brother, Patrick Arnold (Melissa), of Moore Haven; niece, Devyn Arnold (Jacob), of Augusta, Georgia; nephews, Dustin Cardin (Tiffany), of Fort Pierce and Patrick Iverson Arnold, of Moore Haven; and many friends and loved ones who will deeply miss him.
A celebration of life will be held 10:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. Saturday, November 8, 2025 at the Chalo Nitka grounds in Moore Haven, FL. Lunch will be provided afterwards.
