Billy Ashcraft Obituary
Billy was born in Richmond, Kentucky on July 9, 1951, to the late James Clark "Son" Ashcraft and Mary Ella Perkins Ashcraft. He proudly served his country in The United States Airforce. Professionally, he was a trim carpenter, building staircases and finishing trim throughout homes in Madison County and surrounding communities. Billy loved to laugh and would affectionately call everyone who knew him, "Cuz", and he treasured time spent with family and friends. Watching University of Kentucky Wildcat basketball was also a treasured pastime.
He is survived by his wife: Linda "T.T." Sundell Ashcraft; sister: Marlene Ashcraft Harvey; brother: Paul Wayne Ashcraft; and a host of relatives and friends.
In addition to his parents, Billy was also preceded in death by his brothers: James "Jim" Clark Ashcraft, Roger Darrell Ashcraft, and Harry Daniel Ashcraft.
A Graveside Service to celebrate the life of Billy Thomas Ashcraft will be held at a later date.

I am so sorry to hear that Billy has passed, he was always a friend and I had many a good times with him at the Water Hole or working on Wormy Noe's tobacco plantation with him. He always kept us laughing with his wild tales and jokes, but somehow we did get a little work done. He is a Richmond legend and I'll never forget the "Don't do it cuz" and gunshot at a wedding I was officiating for a friend of ours out at College Hill. Billy will truely be missed by all who knew and T.T. you have my deepest condolances. Rest in peace my friend until we all meet again.
