Billy Carroll Brandon

Billy Carroll Brandon, age 88 of Manchester, Tennessee passed away Friday, October 11, 2024 surrounded by his loving family. He was born November 21, 1935 in Beechgrove, TN to the late Hoyt and Zadie Brandon. In addition to his parents he is also preceded in death by his brother Monroe Brandon and sisters, Nina McCullough, Evelyn Lawson and Jessie Vaughn.Billy was employed for many years at B. F. Goodrich in Tullahoma and was a member of New Union Church of Christ. He was a loving Husband, Father and Grandfather who will be missed dearly by his family and friends.He is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Shirley Brandon, of Manchester; son and daughter-in-law, Billy (Paula) Brandon of Manchester; daughter and son-in-law, Lisa (Cole) Roberson; brother and sister-in-law, Larry (Crystal) Brandon of Beechgrove, TN; sister-in-law, Linda Brandon of Decherd, TN; grandchildren, Maclay Batts, John Shelton, Taylor Grubbs; great-grandchildren, Jude Ryder Shelton and Jinx Riley Shelton.Funeral services will be held, 1 PM, Thursday, October 17, 2024 in the chapel of Manchester Funeral Home with Charles Williams officiating. Burial will follow at Beechgrove New Cemetery, 1200 Oscar Crowell Road, Beechgrove, TN. The family will receive friends prior to services from 11 AM until 1 PM. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
