Billy Frenney, fondly known as "coon" by friends and family, was born November 7, 1947 in alto, Texas to Mr. willie smith frenney and Mrs. Rozetta Singletary-Frenney. the family later relocated to Houston, Texas where billy went to school and later started his career in trucking. he remained a truck driver for over 30 plus years until his recent retirement a few years ago. He is proceeded in death by his parents, three brothers, sister, nephew and niece. he is survived by his long time companion, daughter, son, stepsons, sisters, brother, nieces, nephews and a host of extended family members. Billy will be remembered for his gruff exterior but also for his kind heart.
