Billy Ray Frey

Billy Ray Frey, age 74, of Dallas, Ga, passed away Friday, March 27, 2026. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at 3:00 pm at Clark Funeral Home in Hiram, GA, with Pastor Richard Wilkins officiating. Burial will follow at New Hope Cemetery. The family will receive family and friends on Monday, March 30, 2026, at Clark Funeral Home from 6:30 pm until 9:00 pm, and on Tuesday, March 31st from 9:00 am until the service hour.

Billy retired from General Motors after 30 years and was of the Baptist faith. He was a precious husband, loving father & grandfather, and a good friend to everyone he met. Billy loved the beach, especially Panama City Beach in Florida, utilizing his Airstream camper for family camping trips, enjoyed being outdoors, helping others when he could, but most of all, Billy's family meant the most to him.

Billy is survived by his devoted wife of 56 years, Sandra Jean Frey, son Terry Frey and wife Jennifer, grandchildren, Justin Frey, Josie Frey, Tiffany Smith and husband Todd, Brittany Prentice and husband Justin, and Patrick Frey; great-grandchildren, Abby Smith, Kohen Frey, and Greyson Prentice; sister Debra Witt, brothers Steve Frey and wife Faye, and Rickey Frey. Billy was preceded in death by his parents, Dewey and Ruth Frey, son, Timothy Frey, and brother, Larry Frey.
