The services to honor Billy's life are as follows: A Wake Service will be held on November 29, 2024, from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Golden Gate Funeral Home-Dallas, located at 4155 South R. L. Thornton Freeway, Dallas, TX 75224. This will be followed by a Funeral Service on November 30, 2024, beginning at 1:00 PM at God’s Way Nehemiah Baptist Church, situated at 10910 Bruton Road, Dallas, TX 75217. Finally, the burial will take place on December 3, 2024, commencing at 2:00 PM at the Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery, located at 2000 Mountain Creek Parkway, Dallas, TX 75211.
