Mr. Billy Lamar Gilreath, age 56 of Dearing, Georgia formerly of Summerville, passed away Saturday, January 3, 2026 at his residence.
Mr. Gilreath was born in Ft. Oglethorpe, Georgia on February 22, 1969, son of the late Melvin Reno Gilreath and Mary Nell Pettyjohn Gilreath. He was employed in the Textile Industry and enjoyed Hunting and collecting guns. In addition to his parents, Mr. Gilreath was preceded in death by his wife, Rene Gilreath and a granddaughter, Nova Haze Gilreath.
Mr. Gilreath is survived by his wife, Angela Noles; son, Zach Gilreath; daughter, Brianna Gilreath; brothers, Lee Gilreath and Garry Gilreath; grandchildren, Kaylen Ann Marie Gilreath, Clozee Lafaye Gilreath and Cherrie Ann Marie Gilreath; and a number of nieces and nephews.
In accordance with Mr. Gilreath’s wishes, he was cremated and the family will have a private memorial service at a later date.
