Born on August 14, 1941, in the small town of Deberry, Texas, Billy lived a life that radiated love and compassion, leaving an indelible mark on family and friends alike.

Billy was much more than a husband, father, and friend; he was a beacon of warmth in the lives of those lucky enough to share in his presence. His partnership with his beloved wife, Bettye Hall, was characterized by a love that was both profound and tender. Visitation will be held at Golden Gate Funeral Home in Fort Worth on December 31, 2024, from 9:00 AM until 2:00 PM. A Funeral Service honoring his life will be conducted on January 2, 2025, at First Riverside Missionary Baptist Church at 11:00 AM, followed by his burial at the Dallas - Fort Worth National Cemetery later that day at 2:00 PM.
