Billy was much more than a husband, father, and friend; he was a beacon of warmth in the lives of those lucky enough to share in his presence. His partnership with his beloved wife, Bettye Hall, was characterized by a love that was both profound and tender. Together, they navigated the joys and challenges of life, forging a bond that was an inspiration to all around them. Billy's laughter and gentle demeanor created a nurturing environment where memories were lovingly cultivated, making every family gathering a hallmark of affection and joy.

Visitation will be held at Golden Gate Funeral Home in Fort Worth on December 31, 2024, from 9:00 AM until 2:00 PM. A Funeral Service honoring his life will be conducted on January 2, 2025, at First Riverside Missionary Baptist Church at 11:00 AM, followed by his burial at the Dallas - Fort Worth National Cemetery later that day at 2:00 PM.
Billy Ray Hall's light will continue to shine brightly in the lives he touched, a testament to love unyielded, cherished always and forever.
