Billy Lawrence Harvey, 82 years old, of Luella, Texas, passed away on October 27, 2025 in Luella, Texas. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, November 3, 2025, at Dannel Funeral Home from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
Billy Lawrence Harvey was born in Ector, Texas, to Ivan and Pauline Harvey on February 5, 1943. He went to school in Ector. Billy married Barbara Lynn Ferguson Harvey on June 29, 1963, in Ely, Texas. He obtained his GED and then went on to study at Grayson College. Billy worked as a foreman, project manager, and supervisor for L.T.V. for 30 years. Billy also worked in the aluminum siding and asphalt businesses and loved wood work.
Billy is preceded in death by Mozelle Ray, Loy Harvey, Johnnie Randolph, Virginia James, Dudley Harvey, Larry Harvey, Jerry Harvey, Ommie Hughes, and his grandson, Daniel Ray Walsh.
Billy is survived by his wife, Barbara L. Harvey, children, Lisa Baldwin and husband Butch Baldwin, and Christine Anders. Siblings, Evelyn Cherry, Brenda Garcia, Danny Harvey, Gail Norris, and Carolyn Oliver, grandchildren Brandon Booth, Chrystal Booth, Brittney Walsh. He is also survived by his great-grandchildren, Mariah Booth, Landon Booth, Carter Booth, Aiden Walsh, Kason Walsh, Leah Walsh, and Tynsliee Clark.
