Billy Ray Manning, 40, passed away on February 11, 2023, he was born on August 7, 1982, in Dallas, TX, to parents James Manning and Brenda (Edwards) Forrest.
Billy was one of those rare people who always had a smile on his face. He made sure the people around him knew how much he loved them and how important they were to him. Billy was a huge Dallas Cowboy’s fan; he watched them every opportunity he had. Billy enjoyed Chevy trucks, dirt track racing, and fishing.
Billy is preceded in death by his father, James Manning; sister, Jamie Manning; and his granny, Jackie Downing.
Billy’s memory lives on with his mother, Brenda Forrest of Malakoff, TX; brothers, Jimmy Manning of Ferris, TX, and Kevin Manning of Kemp, TX; sisters, Tammy and husband Brian Gremore of Shiloh, KY, Brandy and husband Brian Wright of Kemp, TX, Carolyn Nieto of Kaufman, TX, Brittany Garcia of Marion, AR, and Hannah Rawlins of Hillsboro, TX. Along with numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and other extended family and friends.
