Billy Harold Morris, Jr., 54, of Phenix City, AL died on Tuesday, November 04, 2025.
A Memorial Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 09, 2025, from 4:00 PM (EST) until 6:00 PM at Vance Brooks Funeral Home, Phenix City, AL.
Mr. Morris was born June 29, 1971, in Columbus, GA, son of the late Billy Harold Morris, Sr. and Annie S. Hutto Morris. He was a long-haul truck driver who enjoyed the open road. In his spare time, he did woodworking. Billy did not just piddle with this; he made cabinets and other detailed woodworking projects. In his free time, Billy loved riding his motorcycle, often accompanied by his wife and friends. These rides provided him with moments of relaxation and joy, embodying his zest for life and the simple pleasures it brought.
We will cherish the numerous memories shared with him. His sudden departure leaves a void that will be deeply felt by those who knew him, yet we take comfort in the laughter, love, and experiences we hold dear. Billy's memory will continue to inspire those whose lives he touched, reminding us of the importance of pursuing our passions and cherishing time spent with loved ones.
Mr. Morris was preceded in death by his parents, Billy and Annie Morris and a sister, Anita Harris.
Survivors include his wife of 25 years, Tonja Brown Morris, Phenix City, AL; three daughters, Sabrina Morris (Kaleob), Kimberly Outley (Michael) and Kayla Brown (Noah); two sons, Jonathan “Jon” Morris (Holly) and Kevin Koening (Jessie); three sisters, Sherry Lloyd (Kenny), Debra Keyser (Rusty), Susan Bishop; two brothers, Ray Harless (Libby) and Steve Morris (Daphanie); eleven grandchildren, Kynlea, Leland, Aleigha, Brantleigh, Landon, Jaxon, Allie Emilyn “Emmie”, Malcom, Remington and Kynsleigh; numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
