Billy Ray Nash, age 67 of Corbin passed peacefully from this life on Thursday September 25, 2025 at his home. He was born September 15, 1958 in Corbin to the late Fred and Mildred (Helton) Nash. A carpenter and small business owner by trade and a family man by choice, he spent years building and loving his family. He is preceded in death by four grandchildren: Kendl Anderson, Kenzie Anderson, Journey Baumgardner and Lilith Baumgardner. His Parents: Fred and Mildred Nash. And Two Brothers: Eddie Nash and Jimmy Nash. He is survived and loved beyond measure by: His Wife of nearly 50 years, Evelyn (Cornett) Nash of Corbin, KY. Three children and their spouses, whom he loved as his own: Monica (Nash) Anderson and her husband Bryan Anderson, Amber Nash-Baumgardner and her husband Kacey Baumgardner, Blake Nash and his wife Monica (Pennington) Nash, all of Corbin, KY. Eight Grandchildren: Katelyn (Anderson) Thomas and her Husband Shilo Thomas, Cameron Anderson, Courtney Anderson and her wife Haleigh (Ferguson) Anderson, Kiya Anderson, Lorelai Newman, Phoenix Baumgardner, Sparrow Baumgardner, Thielen Baumgardner. Two Great-Grandchildren: Kara Thomas and Layla Thomas. Two sisters: Vickie Greene and husband Larry of Charleston SC, and Donna Nash of Corbin, KY Two brothers: Freddie Nash and wife Sheri of Lily, KY. Dale Nash and wife Sondra of Geronimo, OK. He is also survived by a slew of nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws, and friends, all of whom he loved dearly. As per Bill's wishes, there will be no funeral, the family will be hosting a private graveside service as they say their last good-byes and spend time with one another, exactly as he wanted.
