Billy Roope Obituary
He was preceded in death by his parents, Perry Lee, Jr. and Myrtle Louise Roope; and brothers, Terry Wayne and John Roope.
Survivors include his wife of 48 years, Brenda Kaye Smart Roope; daughter, Jennifer Roope-Layton (David); grandson, Nathan Edward Layton; and many other relatives and friends.
Graveside services with full military honors will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, February 26, 2025, at Sunrise Burial Park in Radford.
