Bishop Elliott Titus Brown Jr. was born on November 6, 1937 to the late Pastor Elliott Titus Brown Sr. and Mother Ossie Brown, in Winter Fl. He completed his education by earning an AA in Electronics and a bachelor's degree in Theology. He served in the military for 12.5 years. He married the love of his life Mother Leoza Darby Brown, and to this union they were blessed with 3 children: Elder Elliott T. Brown III, Evangelist Serita Clayton, and Elder Pamela Brown. The blessing continued giving him 6 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren and a precious one on the way that will hear all the stories of him from the memories shared by family and friends.

Bishop Brown was the Pastor of St. Peter's Free Will Baptist Church, Altamonte Springs, for 31 years, interim Pastor for a year before officially retiring in February of 2021. And although he retired as the Pastor in 2021, he continued to serve in many leadership positions in the United American Free Will Baptist Conference Inc.

Bishop Brown loved God, his family, his church, and serving others. He gave of himself freely and never expected anything in return. He was a gentle giant that walked the life he taught and preached about. He always took the time to talk with anyone that needed a listening ear, Godly advice, and a shoulder to cry on, whether it was at his home, at the church, at a restaurant, on vacation, or at a store.

Bishop Brown was a servant of God who walked in integrity, honesty, loyalty, and strength. He never wavered from the Word of God. If the Lord said it! Then Bishop stood on it.
