Blair was born in Cumberland, MD, on December 3, 1964, to Shirley and William Logsdon. He was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his siblings, William Logsdon, Jr. (Marion), Belinda Jedlowski (Dennis), Byron Logsdon (Debbie), and Sylbert Logsdon (Nikki). Blair is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Funeral services and interment will be private.
Blair's one wish in this world was for everyone to realize we are all a child of God, and would frequently remind anyone he spoke to, "Jesus Loves You."

I had the rare and awesome opportunity of meeting Blair's family when he used to take me to visit them in Cumberland. I cherish my memories of this beautiful little berg nestled in the heart of the Allegheny Mountains where I always felt so welcomed and accepted as a part of the Logsdon family. Blair's sister Belinda had 2 small children at that time. My name is Beth, so they used to call me Bethlehem. Whenever Blair's mother felt a little stressed, she would say, "Jesus, Mary and Joseph" :) What a loving mother she was. It makes my heart smile remembering the wonderful times spent there. We attended midnight mass there one Christmas and the town of Cumberland was like a scene out of "Our Town"....it was amazing. May you rest in peace, Blair, and God bless your family to whom I extend my sincerest condolences.

I was just made aware of Blair's passing. So very sorry to all the Logsdon family for your loss. Blair was always so kind to our father Tom. Prayers for comfort and peace .
