Blendena Irene (Ham) Foster passed away September 19, 2025, at the age of 98. She was born to Edith Mary Coleman Tusing and George W. Tusing in Dexter, Kansas February 21, 1927. She grew up in Kansas and moved to Bartlesville, Oklahoma during her high school years. When not in school, she waitressed in her mother’s restaurant, “Edith’s Eats.” She graduated from Bartlesville high school. After high school she moved to Wichita Kansas where she met and later married Fred W. Foster in 1946. In 1949 they moved to Casper, Wyoming where she lived the remainder of her life.

Ham was employed in the service industry and worked as a waitress and bartender at the Casper Petroleum Club. She retired in 1995.

Ham’s hobbies included landscape painting, rock hunting and sewing. She was especially fond of horses and dogs.

Ham was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Kay Bessier, and a son, Daniel Foster of Casper. She is survived by a daughter, Debra Stalder of Marseilles, Illinois; five grandchildren: Justin (Emily) Foster of Casper, Jaime Yann of Casper, Misty (Jose) Osegueda of Stafford, Virginia, Shawn (Patti Stalder) of Oconomowoc, Wisconsin, Kiara (Patrick) Tyrrell, of Sheridan Illinois, and eleven great grandchildren: Cory, Christian, Ellie, Lucy, Paul, Izzy, Lilly, Katie, Abi, Emma, and Michael. Also surviving is a niece, Karen Harshman and a great nephew, Travis, of Grand Rapids, Michigan.

No immediate services are planned at this time.

Interment will be at the Deaver/Frannie Cemetery in Deaver, Wyoming
