Blondell Covington Ahmed was born in Evansville, Indiana on August 9, 1952. She attended and graduated both Central High School and Lockyear College. Not long after graduation she moved to Milwaukee, Wisconsin and made that he home for over 30 years. There she worked as a meter reader at WE gas company for 15 years and Potawatomi Casino Hotel for 10 years until her health started to decline.
Blondell also known as (Dell and Blon) transitioned into her heavily home on June 8, 2025 in Waukasha, Wisconsin. She is known for her infectious smile, big heart, and her bubbly personality. She is proceeded in death by both parents Udell Covington Sr. and Marilyn Covington.
She leaves to cherish her fond memories to her husband of 29 years Jabar Ahmed. Sibilings: Udell Covington jr. Cordelia Brown (Iris) Kathleen Stewart (Tony) Debra Williams (Sunnie) Carol Finn (Denny) Michael Covington and Theresa Covington. 17 nieces and nephews, several great nieces and nephews and relatives. Longtime friends: Katie Scott and Nettie Perry, and a host of special friends in Wisconsin. Her phone calls, laughter and physical presence will be missed by all.
