Coach Bob Andrew Mullen Jr., a cherished husband, father, son, and dedicated educator, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 30th, 2025, at the age of 48 in Ellenwood, Georgia. Born on Thursday, August 4th, 1977, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Bob lived a life full of warmth and devotion to his family, friends, and students.

A resident of Ellenwood, Georgia, Bob was an esteemed school teacher at Dekalb County School, where he inspired countless students with his passion for education and learning. His commitment to fostering a nurturing environment in the classroom left an indelible mark on both colleagues and students alike.

Bob is survived by his loving wife, children, and extended family, whose lives he enriched with his kindness, humor, and unwavering support. He will be remembered for his infectious laughter and the profound impact he had on everyone fortunate enough to have known him.

A Visitation will be held in remembrance of Bob at Gregory B. Levett & Sons Funeral Home - Flat Shoals Location in Decatur, Georgia on Friday, January 16th, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Family, friends, and those whose lives Bob touched are invited to attend.

A Celebration of Life service to honor Bob's memory will take place at New Life Church in Decatur, Georgia on Saturday, January 17th, 2026, at 12:00 pm. Following the service, Bob will be laid to rest at Fairview Memorial Gardens in Stockbridge, Georgia, at 3:00 pm.
