Bob Reynolds Obituary
Bob is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Ruth Ratliff Reynolds; sisters: Darlah Jean Delgoda (Jose'), Debra Winn (Ken), Marianne Aaker (Don); brother, Ronald Reynolds; sons: Bob Duane Reynolds, Jr., Perry Lee Reynolds (Mary); daughters: Annette Elaine Browde, Jackie Claudine Davis (Tony); grandchildren: Becky Smith (Brad), Melinda Adams (Scott), Katie Browde, Caroline Davis, Perry Reynolds, Jr. (Amanda), Morgan Snipes (Brad), Daniel Reynolds (Moriah), Spencer Davis, Tucker Davis; great-grandchildren: Charlie Smith, Mason, Asher and Evan Adams, Faith Browde, Peyton Berry, Jayden Mourato, Charlotte Reynolds, Skylar and Carly Snipes, Braelyn, Amelia, Paxton, Maverick and Olivia Reynolds; great-great-grandchild, Thea Batts.
Bob was an automobile part salesman for many years. In 1989, he and his wife, Ruth, and son Perry opened Performance Car Care and Macks Texaco in Knightdale, NC.
A dedicated worker and a man of his word, Bob spent his life providing for his family and chasing what he loved – especially the thrill of racing. Whether it was behind the wheel or in the garage, his heart was always in the fast lane. He was a loyal husband and a loving father and grandfather. His determination, humor, and fierce love will be missed by all who knew him.
Funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm, Monday, October 20, 2025, at Cross Point Community Church, 1001 Steeple Square Court, Knightdale. Burial will follow at Gethsemane Memorial Gardens, 809 W. Gannon Avenue, Zebulon.
