It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Bobbie Elaine McElreath, who departed this life on December 20, 2025, in her beloved hometown of Commerce, Georgia. Born on February 20, 1973, Bobbie was a cherished daughter, devoted wife, caring mother, and a loving grandmother.
Bobbie dedicated her life to her family, serving as a homemaker and creating a warm and nurturing environment for her loved ones. She embodied the values of the Baptist faith, which guided her principles and actions throughout her life. Her kindness, compassion, and unwavering support were the hallmarks of her character, and she touched the lives of many with her grace and generosity.
Bobbie was preceded in death by her father, Bobby McElreath, whose memory she held dear. She is survived by her loving mother, Kathy Cain Sosebee, her adoring husband, Allen Waters, and her two daughters, Ashley (Jake) Perdue and Kayla (Megan) Wilson. Bobbie took great joy in her role as a grandmother to Landen Laws, Anslie Perdue, Kynlee Perdue, Brylin Crawford, Harper Perdue, Everleigh Perdue, and Colt Perdue, who brought immense happiness to her life.
Bobbie is also survived by her beloved sisters, Kim Williamson and Shavone McDuffie, who will forever cherish the bond they shared.
