Bobby Apple Obituary
Bobby Joe Apple, 71, passed away on Wednesday, November 15, 2023 at ARMC. He was a native of Alamance County and the husband of 48 years to Terry Lee Saul Apple who survives.
Bobby retired from Stearns Ford in Burlington as a diesel mechanic. He loved his job and always kept up with the latest technology relating to diesel engines. Bobby enjoyed camping and spending time in the outdoors with his family. He was a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather.
He is survived by his wife, Terry Apple of the home; son, Clint Apple and wife, Jamie of Mebane; grandchildren, Brianna Shea, Nathaniel Wayne Edwall, Austin Holt Apple and Lily Jade Apple; sister, Jane Vance and husband, Danny of Georgia; nephew, Jesse Vance and his mother, Patricia Marsh Apple Cook and husband, Clifford of Graham. He was preceded in death by his father, George Joe Apple; granddaughter, Caison Rainey Apple and a brother, Jeff Apple.
The graveside service to celebrate Bobby’s life will be held at 2:00PM on Saturday, November 18, 2023 at Pine Hill Cemetery by Rev. Reid Dickens. The family will receive friends from 6-8PM on Friday at Lowe Funeral Home and Crematory and other times at the home.
Memorials may be made to Burlington Animal Shelter, 221 Stone Quarry Road, Burlington, NC 27217.
