Bobby Richard Bailey
Bobby Richard Bailey, 91, of Inman, SC, passed away Saturday, June 3, 2023 at his home. Bobby was born in Spartanburg, SC on June 20, 1931, a son of the late Burnette (Vassey) and Garvin Hampton Bailey. He was the husband of Nancy (Starnes) Bailey.
His survivors include, a daughter, Laurie Bailey Oakman and her husband Nathan; a granddaughter, Emerson Horton; a brother, Steve Bailey, and a sister, JoAnn Bailey Harris. He was predeceased by four brothers, Winfred, Gerald, Danny, and Bill Bailey; one sister, Betty Hamrick.
He served in the U.S. Army in the Korean War.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to Spartanburg Regional Healthcare Hospice.
Please stop by the home to visit with the family, 161 Rainbow Circle, Inman on Tuesday June 6. A private memorial service will be at a later date.
