Bobby Barela peacefully joined the Lord on July 19, 2022 surrounded by his loving wife Maria Marquez and daughter Cecilia Vazquez and brother in law Lorenzo and wife Lourdes Marquez. Bobby was born in March 29, 1952 in McNary Arizona. Bobby was a longtime resident of Los Chavez with his wife Maria of 22 years. He was a wonderful father figure to Cecilia Vazquez and a loving grandfather to 6 grand fur doggies that he learned to love.
We will always remember Bobby as a very happy spirit, always laughing and joking around with everyone he met. He was a great listener and remember names with no exceptions. His smile was worth a thousand words even in his last days he never lost his sweet smile. He loved to go fishing, take adventures road trips and watch the Green Bay Packers with his wife, daughter and son in law Daniel Rodriguez. He enjoyed dining in Seafood buffets. And really loved Crab legs.
He was proud owner of his own business BB Trucking where he enjoyed driving the highways of New Mexico and Texas.
Bobby is preceded in death by his parents Viola and Roberto Barela. Father in law Manuel Marquez that he loved very dearly. Passed away almost on his anniversary 7/25/21.Uncle Orlando Armijo, cousin David Armijo and additional loved Aunts and uncles, and cousins. He is survived by his loving wife Maria Marquez, Daughter Cecilia Vazquez, Son in law Daniel Rodriguez, Brothers Jerry and Marty Barela. nieces and nephews. Aunts and uncles and cousins. A big family of Brother and sister in laws that loved him dearly and enjoyed spending time with him and gave him much love until his final goodbye.
Our family would like to express our sincere gratitude to Amber Care Hospice staff. Almost 4 years of very caring services for Bobby. All nurses and other staff members were very caring for Bobby. He enjoyed his talks with each and every one of you. He waited excited for the visits during the week. Special thanks to Nurse Katie, Caseworker Bill and Pastor Richard. May god bless you.
Thank you family and friends for your prayers. We will always remember my dad with his sunshine smile.

Bobby Barela se unió pacíficamente al Señor el 19 de julio de 2022 rodeado de su amada esposa María Márquez y su hija Cecilia Vázquez y su cuñado Lorenzo y su esposa Lourdes Márquez. Bobby nació el 29 de marzo de 1952 en McNary Arizona. Bobby fue residente durante mucho tiempo de Los Chávez con su esposa María durante 22 años. Fue una maravillosa figura paterna para Cecilia Vázquez y un amoroso abuelo para 6 grandes perritos peludos que aprendió a amar. Siempre recordaremos a Bobby como un espíritu muy feliz, siempre riéndose y bromeando con todos los que conocía. Era un gran escuchador y recordaba nombres sin excepciones. Su sonrisa valía más que mil palabras incluso en sus últimos días nunca perdió su dulce sonrisa. Le encantaba ir a pescar, hacer viajes de aventuras por carretera y ver a los Green Bay Packers con su esposa, su hija y su yerno, Daniel Rodríguez. Le gustaba cenar en buffets de mariscos. Y realmente amaba las patas de cangrejo. Era el orgulloso propietario de su propio negocio BB Trucking, donde disfrutaba conduciendo por las carreteras de Nuevo México y Texas. A Bobby le precedieron en la muerte sus padres Viola y Roberto Barela. Suegro Manuel Márquez al que amaba mucho. Falleció casi en su aniversario el 25/7/21. El tío Orlando Armijo, el primo David Armijo y otras tías, tíos y primos amados. Le sobreviven su amada esposa María Márquez, su hija Cecilia Vázquez, su yerno Daniel Rodríguez, los hermanos Jerry y Marty Barela. sobrinas y sobrinos. Tías, tíos y primos. Una gran familia de cuñados que lo querían mucho y disfrutaban pasar tiempo con él y le dieron mucho amor hasta su último adiós. Nuestra familia quisiera expresar nuestra sincera gratitud al personal de Amber Care Hospice. Casi 4 años de servicios muy cariñosos para Bobby. Todas las enfermeras y otros miembros del personal se preocuparon mucho por Bobby. Disfrutó de sus charlas con todos y cada uno de ustedes. Esperó emocionado las visitas durante la semana. Un agradecimiento especial a la enfermera Katie, al asistente social Bill y al pastor Richard. Que Dios los bendiga. Gracias familia y amigos por sus oraciones. Siempre recordaremos a mi papá con su sonrisa brillante. Los arreglos están actualmente pendientes.
