Bobby James Bellar, of Jones Creek, Texas passed away on August 16, 2025, at the age of 74. Born on March 15, 1951 in Freeport, Texas, Bobby lived a life defined by his family and service to others.

He worked for Velasco Drainage District for 34 years before retiring. He also devoted his time to the Jones Creek Volunteer Fire Department, where he proudly served as Fire Marshal. His dedication to his community and others was a reflection of his servant's heart. He was always willing to lend a hand, fix what was broken, and help anyone in need.

Though Bobby held many titles, his most cherished was "Papa". His grandchildren were his greatest joy, and he embraced every moment spent with them. Bobby's legacy will live on in the love he poured into his family and the lives he touched through his generosity and service.

Bobby will be remembered as a loving husband, father, Papa, brother, and friend who led with kindness, humility, and an unwavering heart for others.
