Funeral services for Mr. Bobby Glenn Bozeman will be held at 2 PM Friday, June 20, 2025, at John E. Stephens Chapel with Rev. David Richardson and Rev. Jack Foster officiating. Interment will be in Sandtown Cemetery. Visitation will be 8 AM – 2 PM Friday, June 20, 2025, at John E. Stephens Chapel.
Mr. Bozeman,74, passed away Tuesday, June 17, 2025, at his home. He lived most of his life in the Sandtown Community and was a member of Deemer Church of Jesus Name. He was a logger and a mechanic, and his hobbies were fishing, hunting and spending time with his grandkids and great grandkids. While known to so many as "Hen" he was simply Bob, Uncle Bob, pawpaw, daddy and the rock of our family to us. Bobby's life was a story of hard work, redemption, servanthood, and unshakable family values.
Mr. Bozeman is preceded in death by his wife, Shelia Irons Bozeman; parents, William Anderson and Dorothy Fulton Bozeman.
Survivors include his daughters, Devlyn Copeland, Skyla Bozeman; sons, Bobby Ray Bozeman, Tony Bozeman (Susan), Trent Bozeman (Kasey); sisters, Elaine Dennis, Grace Stringer; brothers, Rudy Bozeman, Charles Bozeman and Monroe Bozeman; (18) grandchildren; (11) great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Trent Bozeman, Tony Bozeman, Michael Stepp, Sterling Stewart, Tommy Murphey, Peyton Glass, and Matt Glass.
Honorary pallbearers are Eddie Fortenberry, Randy Robinson, Junior Goodin, Randy Savell, Chris Warren, Brock Cumberland and Longdale Hunting Club.
