Robert "Bobby" Clarence Cheatham, 80, of Crestwood, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on Friday, February 16, 2024.
Bobby will be dearly missed by all of those who knew and loved him.
Bobby was born on September 11, 1943, in Springfield, Kentucky to the late Daniel and Marie (Brewer) Cheatham. He is also preceded in death by his daughter, Patricia Ann; along with his grandson, Steven Perry.
Bobby is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Nancy Cheatham; son, Tony (Teresa) Cheatham; grandchildren, Rebacca (Chris) Pedigo, Jacob (Natalie) Cheatham, Michelle Perry, and Joshua (Faith) Perry; great grandchildren, Nicholas Perry, Zachary Perry, and Hudson Cheatham; and 7 siblings. Bobby is also survived by a loving host of extended family and friends.
Visitation will be from 4:30 pm to 8:00 pm on Tuesday, February 20, 2024, at Stoess Funeral Home 6534 West Highway 22, Crestwood, KY 40014.
Visitation will also be from 10:00 am until the time of the funeral service at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, February 21, 2024, at Stoess Funeral Home with burial to follow at Louisville Memorial Gardens East in Louisville, Kentucky. Immediately following burial, the family will host a reception at St. James Episcopal Church in Pewee Valley.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers donations be made to The South Oldham Fire Department, or Oldham County Animal Control in Bobby's memory.
