Bobby Eugene Elliott, age 72, of Grove, Oklahoma passed away on Saturday, June 8, 2024.
Bobby was born March 15, 1952, to Henry and Hazel (Stogsdill) Elliott. He grew up in Grove, after high school, Bob worked construction and was a truck driver for Simmons. Cattle was Bob’s passion. He enjoyed visiting his family and friends. Let to cherish Bob’s memory is his brother Benny Elliott and wife Peggy of Miami, Oklahoma, his nieces Sonya Rodriguez, Jessica Manguia, Breanna Elliott, one nephew Blake Elliott and son little Benny Elliott. Also 9 great nieces and nephews. Bob is also survived by stepsons Cliff Tanner and wife Traci and Roger Tanner and wife Janet, several step-grandchildren and step-great grandchildren. He was surrounded by family when he passed.
Bobby was preceded in death by his wife Jewel Tanner-Elliott, his brother Bill Elliott, sister Donna Kay, and parents Henry and Hazel Elliott.
A visitation for family and friends will be held from 6-8 PM, Thursday, June 13, 2024, at Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home Chapel in Grove. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM, Friday, June 14, 2024, at Butler Baptist Church. Bobby will be laid to rest in Polson Cemetery following his service.
