Bobby Glen Hubbard passed away Oct. 28 at Johnson City Medical Center.
Bobby was born July 3, 1948, in Elizabethton to Charles Gather and Billie Clara Brown Hubbard.
He was a resident of Chuckey at the time of his passing.
He was retired from J.B. Hunt Trucking as a long-haul truck driver. He had achieved an award for logging more than 2 million miles during his employment with the company.
He is survived by daughter: Angelia Hubbard Guinn; a son: Jeffrey Hubbard; a granddaughter: Macee Hubbard; and several cousins.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his son: Randy Hubbard; a special cousin: Troy Vaughn; and several other cousins.
His body was donated for medical research to Restore Life USA , a non-profit organization.
There will be no formal services.
