Bobby Eugene Jackson

Bobby Eugene Jackson, age 80, of Franklin County, Virginia passed away on Saturday, September 20, 2025. He leaves behind his loving wife of 60 years, Clementina A. Zipparo Jackson; his son Eric Dean Jackson & wife Charity of Artemus, KY; one sister, Rosetta Jackson of Mineral Wells, WV; five grandchildren, Larissa Jackson Young & husband Craig, Robert Jackson & wife Cassidy, Gracie Jackson, Cason Butler, Scarlett Butler; three great grandchildren, Robert Conner, Landon Jackson, Sadie Jackson; plus a host of other family and friends to cherish his memory. He was preceded in death by his parents, Byrd O. Jackson & Othelda I. Sheline Jackson; his son, Robert Michael Jackson; and by eight siblings, Sybil Jackson, Lexie Leotis Jackson, Bird Jackson, Bernadine Jackson, Betty Lou Jackson, Delano Jackson, Byrdell Jackson, Johin Jackson. Bobby was the proud owner and operator of Shoreline Painting and Decorating, where he built a reputation for hard work, skill, and dedication. Outside of his career, he found joy in the outdoors and especially loved hunting. One of his greatest pastimes was cleaning and caring for his prized German Mauser .270 rifle, which he took tremendous pride in. Bobby had a true zest for life and cherished every moment he was able to spend with his family. His love for them was evident in the way he lived, laughed, and gave of himself. His memory will be carried on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. The family of Bobby Eugene Jackson will receive friends who wish to pay respects on Wednesday, September 24, 2025 beginning at 5:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. in the chapel of House-Rawlings Funeral Home. The family has entrusted House-Rawlings Funeral Home with the arrangements.
