Robert "Bobby" Earl Jamison, 90, passed away on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, in Lebanon, Missouri. Robert was born on April 23, 1935, in Hyannis, Nebraska to Robert L. and Ellice (Kline) Jamison. He was raised on the family ranch North of Ashby along with 5 brothers. He had many stories of his life on the ranch as a cowboy, which he loved to share.

In January 1955, he married Helen Thomas in Alliance. While in Alliance, he worked for John Deere as a mechanic and had their first two children. They moved to Colorado, where he worked as a heavy equipment diesel mechanic for various companies and went on to have three additional children. In addition to his regular job, he served as a volunteer firefighter for 20 years. They returned to Nebraska in 1984, where he continued to work as a mechanic until his retirement. In 2006, moved to Lake Ozark, Missouri to be near their kids.

Robert is survived by his children, Rodney (Jantha) Jamison of Kearney, Nebraska, Brenda Jamison, Eldon, Missouri, Jodi (Grant) Goodrick of Kaiser, Missouri, Scott Jamison, Lake Ozark, Missouri and Janice Jamison, Lake Ozark, Missouri and grandchildren Justin (Amber) King, Riverton, WY, Jennifer (Whitney) Jones of Grand Island, NE, Ashlea (Chris) Denton of Kearney, NE, Tara Jean Jamison of Lincoln, NE, Matthew (Bethany) Jamison of Lincoln, NE, Miche (Travis) Swofford, of Independence, MO, Kai (Chris McKinney) Goodrick of Camdenton, MO, Brandon (Katie) Gould of Euclid, OH and several great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his brother, Burr Jamison of Ashby, NE and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife Helen, father, mother and brothers, Bill Smith, Bud Smith, Boyd (Puz) Jamison, and Dean Jamison.

Friends and family are invited to the Celebration of Life at the VFW Hall, 424 Flack Ave, Alliance, Nebraska, 69301, on Monday, January 5, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

As one of Jehovah's Witnesses, Robert had faith in the Resurrection that Jesus spoke of in John 5:28-29.
