Mr. Moore leaves to cherish his memory: his daughter, Danelle Puckett; five grandchildren, Larry Boyce, Ah'Miya Puckett, Rishard Kirk, Rishaun Kirk and Qu'tavion Puckett; great-grandchildren, Liberty Boise and Legend Boise; siblings, Anthony (Connie) Moore, Dewayne (Shaleta) Moore, Leta Johnson and LaRhonda Moore; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; and a host of other relatives and friends, including special friend, Cristal Jewell Garner.
Mr. Moore was preceded in death by his mother, Willieann Randall; sister, Sarita Moore; and cousin, Wesley Muskeyvalley.
