Brown Owens & Brumley Family Funeral Home & CrematoryBobby Gene Noah, 92, of Thackerville, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully on July 28, 2025, in his home. A proud Marine, devoted husband, loving father, and faithful servant of Christ, Bobby’s legacy is one of deep love, commitment, and unwavering generosity.
Born on August 30, 1932, in Fort Worth, Texas. Bobby was the beloved son of Jasper R. Noah and Beulah Noah. He was preceded in death by his parents, as well as Gloria, his brothers Jim Noah and Bill Noah; his sister Pauline Mullins; and his son Robert Eugene Noah.
Bobby proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps for two years, a time he reflected on with honor and pride. He later built a career as a coffee salesman, working for General Foods before retiring from Farmer Bros. Coffee Company.
On his journey through life, Bobby shared 49 wonderful years of marriage with the love of his life, Gloria June Noah. Together, they built a family rooted in love, faith, and connection. He is survived by his children: Michael Noah and his wife Anita; Glenda Noah-Garvin; Bonnie Durham; and Jimmy Hammond.
Bobby was a proud grandfather to nine grandchildren and 20+ great and great-great grandchildren. He also leaves behind countless nieces, nephews, and friends who were touched by his warm heart and generous spirit. “He never met a stranger,” they would say—a truth that defined the very core of who Bobby was.
Bobby was a born-again Christian and a proud member of the non-denominational Cowboy Church in Duncan, Oklahoma. His faith was a cornerstone of his life, and he actively participated in ministries like Campers for Christ, sharing God’s love through action and testimony.
A graveside service to honor Bobby’s life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 2, 2025, at Mount Olivet Cemetery in Fort Worth, Texas.
In every corner of his life—from his military service to his family life and his walk with God—Bobby Gene Noah lived with heart, humor, and a humble spirit. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
