Bobby Owen Obituary

He was preceded in death by his father, Grady O. Owen; mother, Pearl A. Owen; sister, Jeweldine "Judy" (Barnes) Beasley.
Bobby is survived by his wife, Clara N. Owen and her children, Talishia K. Powell, Earl W. Allen, and Christopher L. Allen; sister, Janet E. Sikes; and brother, Donnie E. Owen.
Bobby was a member of the Local 372 Pipefitters and Welders of Tuscaloosa for 50 years. He received honors for his years of service. As hobbies, Bobby built airplanes out of soda cans, enjoyed designing and creating useful home inventions and loved gardening. He was a talented artist, which included portraits, pen and ink, cartoons and safety cartoons. Bobby had a love for art and a God given talent for drawing.
Pallbearers will be John Sikes, Robert Glass, Earl Allen, Josh Shuman, and Jessie Patrick.
Honorary pallbearers will be nephews, Marc Beasley, Owen Sikes, David Sikes, and William Sikes.
