He was born on July 11, 1955, in Henderson, Tennessee to the late Willie Pearl Parker and Goldie Alene Hendrix Parker.
In addition to his parents, Bobby was preceded in death by four brothers, David Parker, Jeff Parker, Willie Parker and Randy Parker and one sister, Nancy Cupples.
He is survived by his daughter, Candace Julian (Chris) of Bells; son, Wesley Parker of Henderson; brother, Ronnie Parker; two sisters, Linda Spain and Rita Harris; two grandchildren, Landon Parker and Tyler Volner (Brooke); and one great grandson, Wesson Volner.
A memorial gathering will be held from 12:00 P.M. until 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, in the chapel of Medina Funeral Home.
