Bobby Smith, 85, of Manchester, KY, passed away on Friday, September 12th, 2025.

Bobby was born to the union of Alrey and Myrtle Smith of Manchester, Kentucky on April 30th, 1940. He lived in Richmond, IN for many years. He worked in the coal mines in Kentucky then travelled his way to Richmond, IN looking for work and he found what he wanted to do. He worked at Richmond Homes for many years and after that he went back to Manchester to work and take care of his father. He loved to work with his hands and that's what he did for many years is carpentry work. Sadly, he left this world on September 12th, 2025.

He is survived by his children: Bobbie Smith ( Rod Mckenzie ) of London, OH, Lisa Monst of Richmond, IN, and Tina Smith Lodge of Richmond, IN; his grandchildren: Niki Smith, Jim-bob, Natasha Adams ( Tony Adams ), Ariann Josh Smith all of London, OH and Amber Smith ( Matt Smith ) Connersville, In, Tabatha Evans ( Chris Evans ), Brittany Lodge of Huber Heights, OH, Marlena, Mitchell an David, he also has eight great grandchildren: Rayleigh, Kendyl, Trinity, Haylee, Payton, Savanah, Brianna, Kenzie. He will be truly missed by his family and friends.

Also surviving is his sister, Fannie Johnson of Manchester; and by several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Bobby was preceded in death by his son, Billy Smith; his grandson, Theodore; and the following brothers and sisters: Talley, Curtis, Howard, Jack, Jr, Edith Smith, Doris Henson, and Joyce.

Services will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, September 19th at Britton Funeral Home. Burial will follow at the Smith Cemetery on Add Hollow.

Visitation will be held from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM on Friday, September 19th at Britton Funeral Home.
