Bobby Joe Turner of Greensburg, Kentucky son of the late Thomas Turner and Evelyn Bryant Turner, was born on Friday, October 22, 1954 in Green County and departed this life on Wednesday, November 19, 2025 at his home. He was 71 years and 28 days of age.
He was united in marriage to his first wife: Bobbie Lee Hensley Turner, who preceded him in death. Later, he united in marriage to Kathleen Kay McGinley Turner, who also preceded him in death.
He is survived by a brother: Carlos Turner of Greensburg; a stepson and daughter-in-law: Dustin Jones and Amber Brady of Lebanon; Stephanie Jones of Campbellsville; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a daughter-in-law: Jamie Turner of Thompkinsville; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Besides his parents and spouses, he was also preceded in death by a son: Billy Joe Turner; four siblings: Mary Martha Turner, Dale Turner, Meral Turner, Robert Turner.

The funeral service for Bobby Joe Turner will be conducted at 1 P.M., Central Time, Friday, November 21, 2025 at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home with burial to follow in Macedonia Cemetery. Bro. Leslie Jewell officiating.
Visitation is requested after 10 A.M., Central Time, Friday until time of the service.
The family has requested that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Family Burial Fund which can be made at the funeral home or here on our website.
