I met Bonnie about 44 years ago in the church we both attended. She was different from a lot of the people who went there. She loved the Lord with all her soul. She drew a line in the sand and never crossed that line or gave it up.
Bonnie was totally committed to the Lord and lived her life that way.
She became my closest friend and my mentor. I loved her laugh! She had such a giving and loving heart. If anyone needed prayer or needed help, she was always willing to give her best to help.
I haven't been able to spend a lot of time with Bonnie lately because of my own life being so busy. I will miss her so very much and her prayers and encouragement. She was a giver and loved with all her heart.
I will see Bonnie again and walk the streets of gold with her, hand in hand. Sam, I know you will miss her so much. I can hardly say Sam without saying " and Bonnie". You two were like peas and carrots, so connected to each other. You were her "diamond in the rough" when she married you and now you are the "apple of God's eye". She loved you so much. I am here anytime if you just need someone to talk to. Sam. Just like the song you wrote many years ago.... You're going to make it, Sam!
My prayers are with all of the Yates and Daniel family. Bonnie, I loved you so much.
