Ella Frances Daniel

Ella Frances Daniel, age 84, of Logan, OH formerly of Columbus, OH, died peacefully Wednesday March 18, 2026, in Logan. Fran was born June 17, 1941, to the late Edward and Vonda Clay McKenzie. She was married to her devoted husband Frank Daniel, who proceeded her in death (2021) for sixty-two loving years.

Fran was a dear mother to Frank (Julie) Daniel of Logan, OH and Kimberly (Paul) Callahan of Galena, OH. Fran is also survived by four grandchildren Paul, Jordan, Brittney (Tim) and Tess (Adam) and six beautiful great-grandchildren, Braxton, James, Reagan, Lilianna, Leo and Tucker. Fran is also preceded in death by her sister, Phyllis and survived by her brother-in-law Earl and Niece Misty (Alan). Fran was blessed with countless friends and was affectionately called “Mom #2” by many.

Fran was a member of Good Shepherd Church in Obetz and Ebenezer Baptist Church in Logan. A graduate of Ohio State School of Cosmetology, Fran was self-employed as a hairdresser for many years. Services will be Wednesday, March 25th at Ebenezer Baptist Church, 6935 Twp. Rd. 234 SW, Logan, OH. Family visitation will be 10:00 am-11:00 am, followed by open visitation 11:00 am-1:00 pm and the funeral service will begin at 1:00pm.

The family wishes to thank Fairhope Hospice, for their wonderful care of our mother, along with the nurses and staff of the Embassy of Logan.
