Bonnie Keys Obituary

Bonnie Elizabeth Keys, 96 of Paris, passed away September 24, 2025. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 pm, Monday, September 29, 2025, in the Meadowbrook Gardens Cemetery with Nolan Butler officiating. Family will receive friends from 2:00-3:00 pm on Sunday at Fry-Gibbs Funeral Home.

Mrs. Keys was born on September 24, 1929, in Paris, Texas, the daughter of Merrell and Eunice Mazy. She graduated from Paris High School and later attended Jack's Beauty School. Lover of lipstick and the Lord, she was a very active member of College Street Church of Christ. Our "Bon Bon" wore many hats, but most will remember her bright smile and warm welcome as the Granny at Grandy's.

She never met a stranger and loved to tell everyone about her Lord and Savior. If she wasn't talking about Jesus, you can bet she was singing about him!

She was preceded in death by her first husband Carl Higby, late husband Frank Keys, parents "Mawie & Powie," brother Billy Mazy, and step-daughters Sharon Mills and Sandra Foreman.

Bonnie is survived by her daughter Carla Reichmann and husband Rick, step-son Charlie Keys, granddaughter Tiffany Pusateri and husband Jonathan, grandson Cameron Kremers and fiancé Olivia, great grandsons Mason and Cy Pusateri, and many other cherished family members.

We would like to extend a special thank you to the nurses and staff at Stillhouse Healthcare Center for taking great care and loving our Bon Bon.
