In Loving Memory of Bonnie Marie Parker

Bonnie Marie Parker, age 90, entered into eternal rest on November 25, 2025, in Spokane, Washington. Born on August 18, 1935, in Kalispell, Montana, to Lester and Fern Flick, Bonnie lived a life defined by love, faith, and service.

On October 30, 1953, Bonnie married the love of her life, Nolan Parker, in Marblemount, Washington. Together, they shared 65 beautiful years of marriage before Nolan's passing-a union built on devotion and joy. Bonnie was a cherished wife, mother, grandmother, and friend whose warmth and generosity touched everyone she met. Her vibrant spirit and welcoming nature made her a friend to all.

Bonnie dedicated 27 years of her career as a Licensed Practical Nurse at Northern State Hospital in Sedro-Woolley, WA, caring for others with compassion and skill. After retiring, she and Nolan embraced new adventures, living in Yuma, Arizona, then Chewelah, WA, before settling in Burlington WA. A proud graduate of Sedro-Woolley High School, Class of 1953, Bonnie never lost her zest for life and community.

Faith was the cornerstone of Bonnie's life. She served faithfully at Bethel Assembly in Sedro-Woolley, leading youth groups, caring for little ones in the nursery, and helping organize weddings and church events. Her heart for missions led her alongside Nolan to Honduras, Venezuela, and Mexico, sharing God's love wherever they went. Above all, Bonnie treasured time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Bonnie is survived by her son, Lonnie Parker (Joy) of Yuma, AZ; her daughter, Nola Hubbard of Loon Lake, WA; 11 grandchildren; and 30 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Nolan, her sisters Kay Flack, Betty Maser, and Joanne Green, and her grandson Jesse Hubbard.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on December 4, 2025, at the Washington State Veterans Cemetery in Medical Lake, WA.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to John & Elaine Allegreto – Youth with a Mission, Rock Church, Yuma, AZ Mission Fund.

Bonnie will forever be remembered for her kindness, unwavering faith, and the deep love she poured into her family and community.
