David M Wiedmer

David Wiedmer, 78, passed away November 1, 2025, in Spokane, WA. Dave was born December 23, 1946, to Dorothea Wiedmer in Spokane, and spent his entire life here. He married Dixie Raddas on 08/22/1970. He spent his life as a dedicated public servant. He served in the United States Army from September 1964-October 1969. During this time, he served in both Okinawa Japan and Vietnam. He then became a Police Officer with the Spokane Police Department, serving his community from 1970-1997. Following that, he joined the United States Marshal Service in 1997 and served until his retirement in 2003.

Dave is survived by his beloved wife of 55 years, Dixie, his son Joseph (and wife Melissa) and son Jon (and wife Tracie), as well as many beloved grandchildren and great grandchildren. Military Honors will be held at the Veteran's Cemetery, 21702 W. Espanola Road, Medical Lake, on Thursday, November 20, 2025, at 1:45pm.
