In Loving Memory of Michael Wayne Griese II
September 14, 1971 – October 25, 2025
Michael Wayne Griese II was born on September 14, 1971, in Escondido, California, to Michael and Ronna Griese. He passed away on October 25, 2025, in
Spokane, Washington, sadly unexpectedly.
Michael was a man of strength, humor, and unwavering dedication. On February 16, 2000, he married the love of his life, Regina, in
Spokane, Washington. Together, they built a life full of laughter, adventure, and deep connection.
A hardworking entrepreneur, Michael owned and operated GRIESE Enterprise, specializing in hot tub moving and pool services. His work ethic was amazing, and he took pride in every job he did.
Outside of work, Michael found joy in the simple pleasures of life-barbecuing, camping, weekend getaways with Regina, and spending time with family and friends. He was a regular at his local bar, where his contagious laughter and sarcastic wit lit up the room. Though he was no dancer, it was funny to see him try. He was known for his humor and charm.
Michael had a passion for spicy foods-jalapeños, wings, and Mexican cuisine were among his favorites. His smile could brighten any day, and his presence brought comfort and laughter to those around him.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Regina; his children Michael, Dillon, Axel, Sierra, and Jamie; his stepson Tyler; his brother Lance; and his sister Brandi. He was preceded in death by his parents, Michael and Ronna Griese, and other cherished family members: Heaven Griese, Rita Lean, and Harold Lean.
Michael will be remembered for his strength, his humor, his love for family, and the legacy of hard work and joy he leaves behind. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
Any contribution, no matter the size, will help ease the financial burden on his family and allow them to focus on healing and honoring Michael's memory.
Thank you for your kindness, support, and prayers.
