Bontavious was preceded in death by his grandparents L. C. and Mary Buter, great grandmother Elisabeth Mays and cousin Angela Tucker.

Bon is survived by his loving wife Brittney, his four children Malakai, King, Olivia, and Novah, and his parents Annette Bradley and Bobby Smith.

He also leaves behind his siblings: Kimberly Williams (Daril), Nikeshia Scott, Maurice Tolbert, Pamela Register (Keith), Barbara Smith, Brandon Tolbert, Tawanda Wimbush (Nick), Bobby Tolbert (Keinda), Bobby Smith Jr., Jermayne Smith (Angelica), Devonte Smith (Cierra), J'Rome Graham, and Christopher Bradley, each of them held a special place in his heart and shared an unbreakable bond.

A heartfelt tribute to the cherished guidance and strength that helped shape him into the man he was, along with special acknowledgement to his beloved cousins. Miesha Perry, Prince McChellon, Ja"Maya Hardrick and Danny Hardrick (Trico). Special thanks to Brittney Tillery the Godmother of his kids.

Bontavious's life was rooted in love for his family. Whether tucking his children into bed, laughing with Brittney after a long day, or helping his mom or dad whenever they needed, he showed up----for everyone. He was a protector, a provider, and a source of joy.

He had a way of making everyone feel like they mattered. With a smile that could light up a room and a laugh that could ease any burden, he brought people together. His legacy lives on in the lessons he taught and the memories he created with those who loved him most.
