James honorably served as an officer in the Lao People's Armed Forces before immigrating to the United States, where he built a life devoted to his family and community. Following his retirement, he enjoyed spending time with loved ones and took great pride in his children's accomplishments.
James will be remembered as a devoted husband, loving father, and man of quiet strength and integrity. He was known for his steady demeanor, wisdom, and generosity of spirit. His life reflected dedication, humility, and love-values he passed on to his family and all who knew him.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Glenda; daughters, Jean, Anne, and Beth; sons, Kito and Matthew and grandchildren, Caine, Korianna, Paige, Bellamina, Braelen, Jacob and Shyla.
