Boyce Wayne "Beaver" Boyatt, Jr. age 80, departed this life on Monday July 28th, 2025. He was born on November 18th, 1944 to his parents Boyce Boyatt, Sr. and Laura Miller Boyatt. He served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War and received a purple heart.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters: Christine Chambers, Charlene Ellis, and Sandra Kay Crabtree; Brother: Royce Boyatt; Special Nephew: Little Benny Carson and Step-Daughter: Bobbi Jo Copeland.
Wayne is survived by his Son and Daughter-in-Law; Grandson: Cody Bond and wife Katie; Great- Grandchildren: Steven and Jesse Jeffers, Hayden Chambers, Khloe Bond; Siblings: Euladean Carson and husband Benny; Dale Boyatt and wife Karen; Deffis Boyatt and wife Sharon; Steve Boyatt; Special Nieces and Caregiver: Destini & Blaklei Terry; Special Family and Friends from VFW Post# 5669; Many other special nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends for visitation on Friday Evening, August 1st, 2025, from 5:00 P.M. until time of Funeral Service to begin at 8:00 P.M. in the chapel of Four Oaks Funeral Home in Oneida with Bro. Bradley Kidd and Bro. Melvin Stephens officiating. Music will be provided by Tom & Elaine Payne and Lori Boyatt.
Graveside services will be held on Saturday, August 2nd, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. in the Miller Family Cemetery in the Leatherwood Community with Full Military Honors provided American Legion Post #136.
Pallbearers will be Cody Bond, Sean Spradlin, Jacob Spradlin, Den Carson, Caden Carson, Cody Carson, Colby Terry, & Jeremy Cross.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Benny C. Carson, Steve, Deffis, and Dale Boyatt.
